County of Orange to Host Hiring Event for Clinical Research Career Pathways

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (January 5, 2022) – The County of Orange and Orange County Veterans & Military Families Collaborative (OCVMFC) Employment and Entrepreneur Working Group (EEWG) is hosting an in-person hiring event for veterans and military families focusing on Clinical Research Career Pathways.

Attendees will learn about current job opportunities and career paths in clinical research; hear from veterans firsthand about their experience in the clinical research field; connect to different veteran service providers in the community; and have the opportunity to ask questions related to what employers are looking for, first steps toward applying, and how to best navigate the hiring process.

The Clinical Research Career Pathways Event is intended to help veterans find employment in careers providing a living wage and is part of an ongoing quarterly series of veteran hiring events in partnership with the Orange County Workforce Development Board; Veterans Employment-Related Assistance Program; University of California, Irvine; and Children's Health Orange County; and Veterans Health Administration.
