Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)

The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Committee, in partnership with the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) and on behalf of the Orange County Board of Supervisors, leads the regional planning process that guides Orange County’s economic development priorities and coordinates strategies that support economic growth and opportunity across the county. The CEDS outlines both short- and long-term strategies that strengthen the regional economy while addressing the needs of communities facing economic challenges.
