What We Offer:
Career Services for Adults with Disabilities: No-cost career planning, job search support, paid work experience, training, and resume and interview assistance for adults ages 18 and older with disabilities who are authorized to work in the United States.
Career Building Workshops: No-cost career exploration, apprenticeship guidance, and workshops that help adults and young adults ages 16 to 24 align their interests with in-demand career sectors, including a teaching credential pathway for individuals interested in transitioning from industry to education.
Professional Wardrobing and Personal Branding: One-on-one styling consultations and professional wardrobe packages that help job seekers build confidence and present themselves professionally.
Environmental Stewardship Youth Program: Paid work experience opportunities of up to 29 hours per week in habitat restoration, trail work, e-waste recycling, and other environmental projects for young adults ages 18 to 24 who are not currently enrolled in school.
Workforce Services: No-cost career planning, job search support, paid work experience, education and training, and skill-building workshops for young adults ages 16 to 24 who are not in school and individuals who have been laid off or lost their job.
Pathways to Careers: Career exploration, workforce readiness training, job shadowing, internships, and industry tours for young adults ages 14 to 24. Workshops cover professional communication, teamwork, career planning, resume development, and more.
Business Accelerator Program: No-cost business support for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. Services may include business planning support, licensing and registration assistance, workshops, accelerator training, access to capital resources, and microgrant opportunities.
Regional Equity and Recovery Partnerships (RERP): Support for English language learners, immigrants, and first-generation college students through training and education pathways connected to high-demand industries such as health care, information technology, and supply chain management.
HealthWorks OC: A regional initiative focused on connecting residents in underserved communities with health care career pathways and reducing barriers to employment through workforce planning and community partnerships.
