Equal Opportunity Training and Compliance

Per 188 WIOA Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity Regulations (29 CFR Part 38), any staff working under WIOA programs must receive the necessary Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) web-based training and support to maintain competency and compliance. This training course has been designed to provide management and employees, with a better understanding of what EEO is and the laws, regulations and policies relating to the fair treatment of employees and participants.


Staff and Service Providers can access the Orange County Workforce Development Board/Orange County Workforce & Economic Development Division training here. All Staff and Service Providers who work with WIOA programs/participants must complete this training.
